This individual leads the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technologies, establishes architectural standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business units and IT leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of computer systems/infrastructure while ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical infrastructure issues.
- Mentor and guide IT colleagues, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies for infrastructure.
- Assist with vendor management by acquiring quotes and helping with license management and renewals.
- Primary support and monitoring of Microsoft servers and virtual infrastructure.
- Work with team members to support and manage local facility networks and global WAN.
