Key Responsibilities
In the role of Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and managing the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of legal software products, including Legal Tracker, HighQ, Exterro, OpenText, and Document Intelligence.
- Preparing and delivering accurate, competitive pricing proposals for renewals.
- Proactively managing the customer notification process to ensure timely awareness of upcoming renewals.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Account Management, Account Specialists, and Customer Success Managers, staying ahead of potential issues before they arise.
- Identifying and communicating renewal risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Serving as the subject matter expert on legal software contracts and pricing, bringing that expertise to bear as a trusted and essential member of the account team at every renewal touchpoint.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers on all contractual and pricing questions related to renewals.
- Leading and facilitating renewal negotiations using established playbook approaches, while developing creative, ad-hoc solutions for complex or escalated situations.
- Continuously developing and refining processes and tools that scale the renewal function and drive greater efficiency.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in a renewals, sales operations, contract management, or business analyst role, preferably within a SaaS or legal technology environment.
