THE ROLE
This role is Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in Hanover, PA; Batesville, IN; or Reno, NV — remote may be considered depending on experience and background.
The Regional Learning & Quality Manager owns the development, standardization, and ongoing performance of Learning & Development and Quality Assurance programs across Thrive Market's fulfillment center network. This role is accountable for both building and sustaining the systems that drive associate capability, operational accuracy, and quality consistency — not just maintaining what exists, but continuously improving it.
The Regional L&Q Manager leads a distributed quality organization with direct reporting authority across the network. Each site has a dedicated Quality team — a Quality Manager, team leads, and associates scaled to site volume — all reporting up through this role. Day-to-day quality operations are owned at the site level, but program standards, performance accountability, and continuous improvement governance sit with the Regional L&Q Manager. Success here means developing site Quality Managers as operators and leaders, not just auditing against a standard.
Learning & Development operates differently. Site-based trainers execute associate training at each FC but do not report to this role. The Regional L&Q Manager owns the program — curriculum, certification standards, SOPs, and effectiveness measurement — and drives execution through partnership with Site Directors, Operations leaders, and those trainers. Producing consistent outcomes without positional control over the people delivering them is a core requirement of this role.
The two functions are intentionally paired. Training effectiveness is measured by quality outcomes; quality gaps drive the training agenda. The Regional L&Q Manager operates across up to four fulfillment centers with regular site presence, sets network-wide standards, and surfaces systemic issues before they compound. This role suits someone equally comfortable building a curriculum and conducting a quality audit — and who sees both as one system.

Focus on tech and data roles
Thrive Market's sponsorship history skews toward technical positions in engineering, data, and product. If your background is in software development or analytics, you're targeting the roles most likely to come with visa support at this company.
Understand which visas Thrive Market supports
Thrive Market sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Cards. Knowing which category fits your situation before you apply lets you ask informed questions during the interview process and signals you've done your homework.
Highlight mission alignment in your application
Thrive Market recruits for culture fit as much as technical skill. Candidates who connect their experience to the company's sustainability and wellness mission tend to stand out, which matters when the hiring team is weighing sponsorship investment.
Browse open roles on Migrate Mate
Not every role at Thrive Market comes with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus only on positions where international candidates have a realistic shot.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship early
Thrive Market has a track record of supporting both temporary work visas and permanent residency. If long-term stability matters to you, it's worth raising the Green Card question during offer-stage conversations rather than waiting until after you've started.
Time your application around H-1B cap season
If you need H-1B sponsorship, Thrive Market would need to file a petition by the April deadline for an October start. Target your application in the months prior so any offer can be structured around that timeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Thrive Market sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Thrive Market sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of supporting international candidates in technical and specialized roles. If you're on F-1 OPT or another status and need H-1B visa sponsorship to continue working in the U.S., Thrive Market is a credible option worth targeting, particularly for engineering and data-focused positions.
What visa types does Thrive Market sponsor?
Thrive Market sponsors H-1B and TN visas for temporary work authorization, as well as F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students on practical training. The company also supports Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, making it a viable long-term option for international candidates seeking permanent residency alongside their employment.
Which departments at Thrive Market are most likely to sponsor visas?
Sponsorship at Thrive Market is most common in technical departments, including software engineering, data science, and product management. These roles require specialized skills that align with visa eligibility standards. Operations and supply chain roles can also be a fit depending on qualifications, but candidates with engineering or technical backgrounds have the clearest path to sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Thrive Market?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship history by employer and surfaces roles where real sponsorship has occurred. This saves you from applying to positions that technically list visa support as possible but where it rarely happens in practice. Filter by Thrive Market to see current openings in one place.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation with Thrive Market's hiring team?
Bring it up before the offer stage, ideally after the first substantive interview when there's clear mutual interest. Be specific about your visa category and timeline, particularly if you're approaching an OPT expiration or need an H-1B petition filed before April. Thrive Market's recruiting team has navigated sponsorship before, so a clear, informed conversation is unlikely to catch them off guard.
