Why Tia
- Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated bi-weekly management time aligned across markets
- AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden
- Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locations
- Quarterly bonus + equity - not typical in clinical roles
- Opportunity to build and shape a new model for women’s healthcare
What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership & Care (95%)
- Lead by Example: Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, setting the clinical standard for your team and acting as a model for Tia’s care philosophy.
- Master Clinical Quality: Own clinical outcomes and documentation consistency within your clinic, ensuring your team delivers care that is both high-touch and high-quality.
- Manage Complexity: Act as the clinical point person for complex patient cases or team issues, utilizing sound judgment and professionalism to resolve challenges in real-time.
Clinic Operations & Development (5%)
- Drive Team Performance: Partner closely with operations to lead and develop a high-performing provider team, driving engagement, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Optimize the Experience: Collaborate on operational workflows to ensure a seamless, "stronger-together" experience for both patients and the clinical staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights and patient feedback to identify clinical gaps and implement improvements that elevate the standard of care at Silver Lake.
- Build the Team: Support the onboarding and ongoing mentorship of new providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:

Target clinical and care delivery roles
Tia's sponsorship activity centers on healthcare delivery, so roles in clinical operations, care coordination, and allied health are your strongest entry points. Prioritize applications where your credentials align directly with patient-facing or clinical support functions.
Confirm your visa type is supported early
Tia sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas, so confirm your current status is compatible before applying. Reaching out to their talent team early to discuss eligibility can prevent wasted effort and signal genuine interest in the role.
Highlight specialized healthcare expertise
Tia's model focuses on integrated, women's-centered care. Candidates with backgrounds in primary care, reproductive health, or health technology stand out. Frame your resume around outcomes and clinical impact rather than generic healthcare experience.
Use OPT and CPT windows strategically
If you're on F-1 status, Tia's support for OPT and CPT means you can begin working while H-1B sponsorship is arranged. Apply well ahead of your OPT start date to give the hiring process enough runway before your authorization kicks in.
Research open roles through verified sponsorship platforms
Not all job listings indicate visa sponsorship clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Tia's active openings without guessing whether international candidates are welcome.
Prepare for a mission-aligned interview process
Tia hires candidates who connect with its healthcare mission. In interviews, demonstrate familiarity with value-based and preventive care models. Employers in this space often weigh cultural alignment and patient philosophy as heavily as technical qualifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tia sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Tia sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record in the healthcare and medical services sector, with H-1B being its primary vehicle for retaining internationally trained professionals. If you're targeting an H-1B role at Tia, focus on clinical or health technology positions where your degree and specialty align with the role's requirements.
Which visa types does Tia sponsor?
Tia sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes it accessible to international students completing degrees in the U.S., Canadian and Mexican professionals eligible for TN status, and experienced workers pursuing H-1B transfers. The breadth of visa types reflects Tia's openness to hiring internationally across different career stages.
Which roles or departments at Tia are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Tia tends to align with its core business in women's health and primary care. Clinical roles, care coordination, health technology, and operations positions are where international candidates have the most realistic path to sponsorship. Roles requiring specialized medical or technical credentials are typically stronger candidates for H-1B petitions than generalist administrative positions.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Tia?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find Tia's visa-sponsored openings, since it filters jobs by verified sponsorship history rather than relying on self-reported listings. You can browse Tia's current roles alongside their sponsorship track record in one place, which saves time and removes the guesswork of cold-applying to jobs that may not support international candidates.
How do I approach the application process at Tia as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Confirm your visa type is among those Tia supports before applying, and signal your sponsorship needs clearly in your application or early conversations with their recruiting team. Tia operates in a mission-driven healthcare environment, so your cover letter and interview responses should connect your clinical background to their model of integrated, patient-centered care. Starting the process early gives both sides time to work through sponsorship logistics.
