About the Role
We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Silver Lake clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won't just provide primary care and women's health services—you'll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.

Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.

What You'll Bring
Requirements:
- Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
- Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
- Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Training & Development:
Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

This role is based in our Silver Lake clinic. #LI-Onsite
Clinic Hours (PST)
8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 2 days/week
Compensation & Benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, depending on level and experience.
