Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Operations Jobs at Titan America Jobs
Align your credentials with OSHA and process standards
Titan America's cement and materials operations require demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety protocols and process control. Certifications like OSHA 30 or Six Sigma signal hands-on readiness for plant environments before your application reaches a recruiter.
Target plant-level roles over corporate postings
Titan America's Operations openings are concentrated at production facilities, not headquarters. Search specifically for plant supervisor, process engineer, and materials coordinator titles, which align with the hands-on production work the company actually hires visa holders to perform.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Operations roles by visa type
Titan America posts Operations positions across multiple facilities, and not every listing explicitly flags sponsorship eligibility. Migrate Mate lets you filter by visa category so you're only applying to roles where your F-1 OPT, TN, or Green Card pathway is already confirmed.
Start OPT paperwork well before your offer letter
F-1 OPT authorization from USCIS can take up to 90 days. If you're targeting a Titan America Operations role during your final semester, file your I-765 early enough so your work authorization is in hand when an offer arrives.
Understand where TN fits in chemical manufacturing
Canadian and Mexican nationals with engineering or science degrees may qualify for TN status in Operations roles at Titan America. TN classification for chemical engineers or industrial engineers can be established at the port of entry, making it a faster path than most employer-sponsored categories.
Clarify Green Card timeline expectations before accepting
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires PERM labor certification filed by your employer, which typically takes 12 to 18 months before an I-140 petition can be submitted. Confirm with Titan America's HR team whether sponsorship is offered at hire or only after a qualifying employment period.

Find Operations at Titan America JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Titan America sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Titan America's documented sponsorship activity for Operations roles focuses on employment-based Green Card categories (EB-2 and EB-3) and F-1 OPT and CPT, rather than H-1B. If H-1B sponsorship is important to your situation, confirm directly with Titan America's recruiting team during the offer stage, as sponsorship decisions can vary by role and facility.
Which visa types are commonly used for Operations roles at Titan America?
Titan America's Operations sponsorship history includes F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3). F-1 OPT is most accessible for recent graduates in engineering or operations management, while TN offers a streamlined option for Canadian and Mexican nationals with qualifying degrees. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is available for longer-term hires.
What qualifications does Titan America expect for sponsored Operations positions?
Most Operations roles at Titan America require a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Hands-on experience with process control, production scheduling, or materials handling in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment strengthens your application significantly. Plant-floor experience in cement, aggregates, or building materials is particularly relevant to how Titan America structures its Operations teams.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Titan America?
You can browse and apply for Titan America Operations roles through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa type so you only see positions where sponsorship is confirmed. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight industrial operations experience and any relevant safety certifications. Follow up with the hiring contact after submitting, since plant-level Operations roles often move quickly through the interview process.
How do I plan my timeline for a sponsored Operations role at Titan America?
Timeline depends on your visa pathway. F-1 OPT applications should be filed with USCIS up to 90 days before your program end date. TN status can be obtained at a port of entry with the right documentation, often within a day. Green Card sponsorship via PERM typically requires 12 to 18 months for labor certification alone, so start that conversation with Titan America's HR team as early as possible.
