Focus on H-2B eligible roles
Tower Extrusions sponsors through the H-2B program, which covers temporary non-agricultural workers. Target roles in production, extrusion operations, and plant support, these are the positions most likely to come with sponsorship attached.
Understand the seasonal nature of H-2B hiring
H-2B sponsorship is tied to temporary or peak-load workforce needs. Research when Tower Extrusions ramps up production cycles so you can time your application to align with their hiring windows.
Highlight hands-on manufacturing experience
H-2B petitions require employers to justify the need for foreign workers. Emphasizing direct experience in extrusion, fabrication, or industrial production strengthens your case as a qualified candidate for the roles they sponsor.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every open role at a manufacturing company comes with sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsoring employers, it surfaces real sponsorship history so you avoid wasting applications on positions that won't support your visa.
Prepare for a process-driven hiring timeline
H-2B sponsorship involves Department of Labor approval before the visa petition is filed. Expect a longer lead time than standard hiring, factor this into your job search, especially if you're working against a current status deadline.
Position yourself as a returning or reliable worker
Manufacturing sponsors often re-petition for workers they've previously employed. If you've worked in similar industrial settings before, make that continuity clear in your application, it addresses employer risk and strengthens the sponsorship case.

Does Tower Extrusions sponsor H-1B visas?
Tower Extrusions does not have a history of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2B program, which supports temporary workers in non-agricultural roles. Job seekers looking for H-1B sponsorship in manufacturing should target employers with an established H-1B filing history rather than those focused on H-2B.
What visa types does Tower Extrusions sponsor?
Tower Extrusions sponsors the H-2B visa, which is designed for temporary foreign workers filling non-agricultural positions. This is common in manufacturing companies that experience peak production demand or seasonal workforce gaps. If you're eligible for the H-2B program and have relevant manufacturing experience, Tower Extrusions is a viable sponsoring employer to consider.
What kinds of roles at Tower Extrusions typically receive visa sponsorship?
Given their focus on the H-2B program, sponsored roles at Tower Extrusions are generally in plant operations, production support, and extrusion-related manufacturing functions. These are hands-on, process-driven positions rather than corporate or engineering roles. Applicants with direct industrial or fabrication experience are best positioned to be considered for sponsored positions.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Tower Extrusions?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find open roles at verified sponsoring employers like Tower Extrusions. It filters job listings by real sponsorship history, so you can confirm that a company has actually filed for visas before applying. Search by company name or filter by visa type to see what's currently available.
How do I prepare for the application process at Tower Extrusions as a visa applicant?
Because H-2B sponsorship requires Department of Labor certification before the visa petition can be filed, the hiring timeline is longer than a standard job offer. Apply early, be upfront about your visa requirements, and make sure your resume clearly reflects hands-on manufacturing experience. Employers sponsoring H-2B workers are looking for reliability and direct role-relevant skills, so tailor your application accordingly.
