Tulip's cloud-native, no-code platform, powered by embedded AI, is driving the digital transformation of industrial environments through composable, human-centric solutions that go beyond disrupting the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) category.

Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage's Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work" and "Best Midsize Places to Work."
ABOUT YOU:
- You are a strategic operator in the CEO Office — someone with prior high-level consulting or Chief-of-Staff experience, ready to take on ambiguous, high-impact growth challenges and turn them into structured programs and measurable outcomes.
- Analytical, highly structured, and execution-driven, you translate complex challenges into clear recommendations and roll up your sleeves to drive them to completion.
- You've seen the inside of a strategy deck and have been in rooms where the real conversations happen — and you'd rather be in those rooms.
- Strong business acumen, operational judgment, and a bias for action; you manage stakeholders, influence without authority, and maintain momentum on multi-year, high-impact initiatives.
- Hands-on with AI and productivity tools — using them to analyze, track, and accelerate strategic programs and operational workflows.
- You own outcomes, are feedback-driven, and bring self-awareness that elevates teams and drives scalable impact.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, internal strategy, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Strong data and analytical skills — able to define metrics, track progress, and translate results into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations
- Proven program and project management experience — comfortable with agile and lean approaches, designing and owning end-to-end business processes, and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on track with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on AI fluency — uses an AI-first mindset to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and execution; prototypes lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable workflows to scale CEO Office and growth programs; basic scripting a plus
- Strong business acumen in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software; experience with cross-functional growth initiatives and GTM strategy is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Business Operations
- Own the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office — designing, documenting, and managing processes end-to-end to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives.
- Build frameworks, operating rhythms, and accountability structures that scale the CEO Office and Executive Team's impact without adding headcount.
- Identify inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and implement structured, sustainable solutions using lean, agile, and continuous improvement principles.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, defining owners, milestones, and success metrics while keeping the CEO and leadership team aligned and focused.
- Serve as the operational backbone of the CEO Office — ensuring strategy, programs, and cross-functional initiatives are coordinated, tracked, and delivered with impact.
Growth Strategy Programs
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from problem definition and planning through execution and measurement, focusing on strategic priorities rather than GTM operations.
- Build business cases, impact models, and frameworks to prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities and initiatives.
- Support international growth readiness (e.g., EU/Japan) by structuring cross-functional workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and tracking progress toward strategic objectives.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for pricing and packaging initiatives — including segmentation, business cases, rollout plans, and internal enablement — ensuring alignment with overall growth strategy.
- Own end-to-end project and program management for CEO Office initiatives, tracking owners, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously while ensuring progress, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Executive Preparation & AI-Enabled Execution
- Produce executive-ready memos, briefings, and slide decks for high-stakes meetings, board reviews, and key customer interactions.
- Frame strategic options and recommendations for leadership decisions, ensuring trade-offs, risks, and implications are clearly articulated.
- Build institutional knowledge of the business, customers, partners, and competitors to anticipate what executives need.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and the creation of repeatable workflows across CEO Office initiatives.
- Prototype lightweight tools, templates, automations, and repeatable analyses to scale CEO Office execution capacity.
Anything It Takes / Cross-Functional Support
- Show up as a true strategic partner to the CEO Office — ready to take on the unexpected, fill gaps, and do what the business needs at the moment.
- Engage in real-time prioritization conversations with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and COO — flagging trade-offs, surfacing risks, and offering a clear point of view.
- Bring a company-builder mindset — proactively improving workflows, processes, and execution across the organization.

Job Roles at Tulip Interfaces Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Tulip Interfaces Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical roles first
Tulip Interfaces primarily sponsors candidates in engineering and product-adjacent roles. Focus your application on software engineering, product management, or data positions where H-1B sponsorship is most commonly tied to specialized degree requirements.
Understand the manufacturing tech niche
Tulip sits at the intersection of software and industrial operations. Candidates who can speak to manufacturing workflows, IoT, or operational technology will stand out, especially in roles where the specialty occupation case depends on domain expertise.
Apply before H-1B registration season
H-1B registration opens in March each year. Aim to have an offer in place well before then so your employer can register you in time. Consulting and professional services firms like Tulip typically plan hiring cycles around this window.
Show degree-to-role alignment clearly
For H-1B approval, USCIS requires a direct connection between your degree field and the role. When applying to Tulip, make that link explicit in your resume, especially for roles in software, systems engineering, or data science.
Search verified sponsors on Migrate Mate
When targeting companies like Tulip Interfaces, it helps to confirm their sponsorship track record before applying. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find open roles at companies that actually file.

Does Tulip Interfaces sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Tulip Interfaces sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical roles in software engineering and related fields. If you're targeting Tulip on an F-1 OPT, it's worth discussing the H-1B sponsorship path with your hiring contact early in the process to confirm timing and role eligibility.
What visa types does Tulip Interfaces sponsor?
Tulip Interfaces sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT and CPT candidates. The company does not have a documented track record of sponsoring Green Cards or E-3 visas. International candidates on TN status may also find opportunities, though H-1B is the primary sponsorship pathway for most roles.
Which departments or roles at Tulip Interfaces are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Tulip Interfaces is most consistently tied to technical roles, particularly in software engineering, product development, and data science. These positions typically satisfy the H-1B specialty occupation requirement because they demand a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Roles in sales or general operations are less likely to receive sponsorship.
How do I time my application to Tulip Interfaces around the H-1B process?
H-1B registration opens each March, and USCIS runs a lottery shortly after. To be included, you need an employer willing to register you before that window opens. Aim to secure an offer from Tulip Interfaces by January or February at the latest. If you're already on OPT, your employer can file before your OPT expires, giving you more flexibility.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Tulip Interfaces?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks companies with verified sponsorship histories and surfaces open roles filtered by visa type. Rather than guessing which job postings come with sponsorship, Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Tulip Interfaces and similar manufacturing tech companies that have actually filed petitions for international candidates.
