Align your credentials to LCA-filed roles
Turner files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL for specific job titles and locations. Before applying, search public LCA disclosure data to confirm the exact titles and regions where Executive Management sponsorship has been active, then tailor your application accordingly.
Prepare a construction-specific leadership portfolio
Turner's Executive Management roles demand documented oversight of large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects. Compile concrete examples of project size, contract values you've managed, and teams you've led before your first interview, since these details directly support any specialty occupation determination.
Target Turner's regional operating groups strategically
Turner operates through distinct regional business units, each with independent hiring authority. Research which regions are actively bidding on major contracts, since those units are more likely to open Executive Management roles and initiate sponsorship filings in the near term.
Understand how E-3 timing fits Turner's hiring cycle
If you're an Australian citizen, the E-3 visa can move faster than H-1B because there's no lottery and no annual cap. Turner's sponsorship track record includes E-3, so you can pursue a start date aligned with a certified LCA without waiting for an October 1 cap date.
Engage Turner's HR before the offer stage
Turner's talent acquisition teams for Executive Management are accustomed to sponsorship conversations. Raising your visa status early in the process, rather than after a verbal offer, gives their internal legal and HR teams time to confirm entity eligibility and prepare the I-129 petition without delays.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Executive Management roles
Turner posts Executive Management openings across multiple channels and regions. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Turner Construction roles that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're not spending time on postings where sponsorship isn't confirmed.

Find Executive Management at Turner Construction Company JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Turner Construction Company sponsor H-1B visas for Executive Managements?
Yes, Turner Construction Company sponsors H-1B visas for Executive Management roles. The company has an established pattern of filing H-1B petitions for leadership positions across its regional business units. Because H-1B is subject to the annual cap and lottery, timing matters, and Turner's HR teams are generally familiar with coordinating petition filings around USCIS deadlines.
How do I apply for Executive Management jobs at Turner Construction Company?
Applications go through Turner's careers portal, where Executive Management roles are listed by region and business unit. Migrate Mate also aggregates Turner's open positions filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility, which makes it easier to identify relevant roles without sorting through listings manually. Tailoring your materials to Turner's project scale and sector focus strengthens your application significantly.
Which visa types does Turner Construction Company commonly use for Executive Management roles?
Turner sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and J-1 visas for Executive Management positions, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates transitioning from academic programs. For longer-term pathways, Turner also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process with the DOL, which is common for senior leadership hires.
What qualifications does Turner Construction Company expect for Executive Management roles?
Turner's Executive Management positions typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, combined with substantial experience leading large commercial construction projects. For H-1B eligibility, the role must qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning the degree requirement must be specific to the position, not simply preferred.
How do I navigate the visa sponsorship timeline when targeting an Executive Management role at Turner?
For H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date, so aligning your offer timeline to that window matters. E-3 and TN visas move faster with no lottery wait. Once Turner extends an offer, the LCA must be certified by the DOL before the I-129 petition can be filed with USCIS, a step that typically takes one to three weeks.
