- Optimize cloud spend with cost visibility and right‑sizing/auto-scaling tactics.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with developers, QA, and data/ML teams to remove delivery bottlenecks.
- Document standards, patterns, and runbooks; mentor juniors through PRs and pair sessions.
- Contribute to engineering governance (architecture reviews, RFCs, change advisory).
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles supporting production systems.
- Hands-on with at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and one container platform (Kubernetes or Docker-based orchestration).
- Proven experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and artifact repositories.
- Strong IaC skills (Terraform or equivalent) and Git workflows (PRs, code reviews).
- Solid scripting in Python and/or Bash; familiarity with REST/CLI tooling.
- Experience with monitoring/logging stacks and alert tuning.
- Understanding of security fundamentals (IAM, secrets, encryption, SBOMs, image scanning).
Preferred Qualifications

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in ValueMomentum Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in ValueMomentum's core technology verticals
ValueMomentum focuses on insurance technology and software services, so candidates with backgrounds in software engineering, data analytics, or insurance domain expertise are best positioned for sponsored roles. Align your application materials to these practice areas specifically.
Understand which visa types ValueMomentum actively supports
ValueMomentum sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your situation before applying lets you ask informed questions during the hiring process and demonstrates you've done your research.
Consider ValueMomentum's Green Card track record when evaluating long-term fit
ValueMomentum sponsors permanent residency at a notably higher rate than many technology firms its size. If long-term U.S. immigration is your goal, this signals a genuine commitment to retaining sponsored employees beyond initial visa approval.
Apply early relative to H-1B cap deadlines
H-1B registrations open in March for an October 1 start date. If you're targeting ValueMomentum for H-1B sponsorship, begin conversations with their recruiting team in the preceding fall or winter to leave enough time for selection and petition filing.
Find verified ValueMomentum openings through Migrate Mate
Searching for sponsoring employers by reputation alone wastes time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find current ValueMomentum openings without guessing whether sponsorship is actually on the table.

Does ValueMomentum sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, ValueMomentum sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent record of doing so across its technology and software practices. The company's H-1B filings are concentrated in software engineering and related technical roles. If you're on OPT and targeting an H-1B transition, establishing yourself at ValueMomentum during the OPT period is a well-worn path here.
What visa types does ValueMomentum sponsor?
ValueMomentum sponsors a broad range of visa categories: H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The breadth of visa types is notable for a company of its size and suggests an immigration infrastructure that handles multiple sponsorship scenarios rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Which departments or roles at ValueMomentum are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ValueMomentum is concentrated in technical roles, particularly software engineering, application development, and insurance technology consulting. Candidates with specialized skills in policy administration systems, data engineering, or enterprise software platforms are most competitive. Business analyst and domain consultant roles within the insurance vertical also see sponsorship activity.
How do I find open jobs at ValueMomentum that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists jobs from verified sponsors, including ValueMomentum, so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying rather than discovering late in the process that a role won't support your visa category. Filter by visa type to surface only the openings that match your specific situation, whether that's H-1B, OPT, or another category.
How do I approach the application process at ValueMomentum as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Be transparent about your visa situation early, ideally in the initial recruiter screen. ValueMomentum's sponsorship track record across multiple visa types suggests their HR and legal teams are familiar with the process, so there's no need to obscure your status. Come prepared to discuss your current visa category, authorized work period, and which pathway you'd need them to support.
