Entry Level Compliance Consultant Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level compliance consultant job?
Entry level compliance consultant roles typically look for candidates who can demonstrate attention to regulatory detail, whether through coursework in law, finance, or business, a compliance-related internship, or a certification like CRCM or CCEP-I. Tailoring your resume to highlight any auditing, risk analysis, or policy research experience gives you a clear edge over candidates with generic backgrounds at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level compliance consultants?
Companies hiring entry level compliance consultants right now include Ryan, MassMutual, and Baker Tilly, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Financial services firms, consulting practices, and healthcare organizations tend to hire most actively at the junior level because their regulatory workloads require constant support staff.
Are there remote entry level compliance consultant jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 20% of entry level compliance consultant openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, giving new candidates real flexibility in where they start their careers. Hybrid arrangements are common for roles that involve occasional on-site audits or client meetings.
Are these new grad compliance consultant jobs?
Yes, many of these listings are new grad and junior compliance consultant roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates with zero to two years of experience. A posting is typically new-grad friendly when it accepts internship experience or a relevant portfolio in place of full-time work history, and when it offers mentorship or structured onboarding for candidates entering the field for the first time.
Which industries hire the most entry level compliance consultants?
Entry Level compliance consultant roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Insurance, and Accounting & Auditing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors carry heavy regulatory obligations that require entry level professionals to support audits, monitor policy changes, and help teams stay ahead of enforcement requirements.
