Entry Level Corporate Paralegal Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level corporate paralegal job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for a paralegal certificate or a bachelor's degree, familiarity with legal research tools, and exposure to contract review or entity management, even through coursework or internships. Candidates who can demonstrate attention to detail, proficiency in document management systems, and some experience with corporate filings or due diligence stand out. Tailoring your resume to highlight those specific skills gives you a real edge.
Which companies hire entry level corporate paralegals?
Companies hiring entry level corporate paralegals right now include Jobot, Lyft, and Lyft, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Law firms, in-house legal departments at corporations, and financial services firms are among the most active employers at this level.
Are there remote entry level corporate paralegal jobs?
Yes, though most openings at this stage are on-site or hybrid. About 7% of entry level corporate paralegal openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, so fully remote roles exist but are less common for junior candidates than for experienced practitioners. Filtering by work setting when you search helps you focus on the format that fits your situation.
Are these new grad corporate paralegal jobs?
Yes, many of these listings are explicitly new grad and junior roles that welcome recent graduates with zero to two years of experience. A new-grad-friendly posting typically notes that internships, law school clinic work, or a paralegal certificate counts toward the experience requirement, and it avoids demanding years of specialized corporate practice. Searching for those signals in job descriptions helps you identify the right openings quickly.
Which industries hire the most entry level corporate paralegals?
Entry Level corporate paralegal roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Staffing & Recruiting, and Law & Legal Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Those sectors generate high volumes of contracts, regulatory filings, and transactional work that entry level paralegals can support directly, making them consistent sources of junior hiring.
