Construction Project Lead Jobs in Greensboro, NC

We currently operate throughout the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina and are actively expanding into additional markets across the entire state.

This position focuses on project coordination, construction management, communication, scheduling, budgeting, and operational oversight.

Experience with insurance claims or Xactimate is NOT required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in residential construction project management Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades Knowledge of project scheduling and budget management Experience with Procore, BuilderTrend, Contractor Foreman, or similar platforms Excellent organizational and leadership skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience preparing reports, schedules, and project documentation

Knowledge of construction accounting is highly valued, including:

• Project costing Budget tracking Change order management Financial reporting Material and labor cost control

We also welcome candidates who do not have a formal degree but possess substantial construction management experience.

This role is responsible for coordinating communication between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, administrative staff, homeowners, engineers, architects, and consultants.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
