We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. As part of a luxury boutique residential construction firm specializing in high-end custom homes and new construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, quality expectations, and budget parameters. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using tools like Buildertrend and other project management software.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and control costs effectively.
• Oversee safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Track project milestones and deliverables through effective project scheduling and time management practices to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience or education in construction management with a strong background in construction site operations and project coordination.
• Solid understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and project scheduling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with construction site management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
