Join Our Growing Multifamily Renovation Team!
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help lead multifamily renovation projects from material delivery through final unit turnover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their construction management career while working alongside an experienced project management team.
What You'll Do
You'll play a critical role in keeping projects moving by:
- Managing incoming construction materials and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinating material distribution to subcontractors and vendors.
- Overseeing daily field operations across active renovation projects.
- Conducting unit acceptance and final walkthroughs with operations teams.
- Managing punch lists and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Communicating daily project updates, challenges, and progress to the Construction Project Manager.
- Coordinating subcontractor schedules to keep projects on track.
- Supporting quality control, safety, and project documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction project coordination or field supervision.
- Multifamily renovation experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors and construction schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction management software is a plus.
