Mechanical Systems Company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction PM to lead commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, plumbing, and controls projects from preconstruction through completion while managing teams, project financials, schedules, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Track job performance and identify opportunities to improve project profitability
- Work closely with field leadership to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project priorities
- Build productive relationships with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, RFPs, and other construction documentation
- Monitor job costs, schedules, and milestones throughout the life of each project
- Identify potential delays, scope conflicts, and cost concerns and develop solutions before they impact the project
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication between office and field teams
- Support procurement and ensure materials and equipment are available when needed
- Maintain accountability for safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and customer expectations
- Drive projects toward successful completion and an organized closeout
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or comparable construction industry experience
- Minimum two years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience with mechanical, HVAC, piping, or plumbing construction strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and change orders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and other relevant project management software
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
