Focus your search on Memphis's most active construction sectors: commercial development along the Poplar Avenue corridor, infrastructure and utility work tied to city and county contracts, and industrial construction in the Shelby County logistics and distribution zone. General contractors, civil engineering firms, and large commercial developers hire most actively here. Candidates with experience managing subcontractors, reading project schedules, and working within municipal permitting processes stand out in this market.
Which companies hire construction project leads in Memphis?

The most remote-compatible work in Memphis tends to sit within larger program management or owner's representative roles.
How can I get a construction project lead job in Memphis with little or no experience?
