This role centers on leading our team of content strategists while also operating as a senior content strategist. This position is designed for someone who is energized by diagnosing problems, designing solutions, and influencing clients and their team to take action.
This role will be responsible for team process, procedure, templates, training, and QA review of teammates’ deliverables while also driving organic growth for premier clients through audits, strategy, and consultation. You will be working on improving the client’s business KPIs through several growth channels, including organic search (SEO), generative AI (GEO/AIO), and organic social media. While you won’t be required to have technical SEO or website development expertise, a lot of the work will involve clients making changes to their website, so a passion for and an understanding of the fundamentals of search engines, generative AI, and websites work will be important.
You will collaborate closely with our SEO/GEO, Design, Analytics, and Account Management teams and report to our SVP of Digital Services.

Company will provide a laptop (PC) for all business use.
