What You'll Do:
Assist the director of contracts in assuring adherence to appropriate contract processes by applying principles of contract administration to document business contract terms and opportunities in accordance with professional standards and strategic business objectives; and ensuring pricing structures are appropriately applied in the operating system for accurate contract and non-contract customer billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain various contract systems with high degree of accuracy to monitor contract performance, deadlines, deliverables, renewal/expiration dates and other triggering events to drive strategic business objectives.
- Assist in improvements in contract workflows, templates, processes and systems to support operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing contract documentation and analysis, as well as support for customer pricing structures.
- Gain full knowledge of the business operating system to assure data accuracy. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of pricing and fuel tax data in the operating system to facilitate accurate customer billing and ensure alignment with contract terms and strategic business objectives.
- Manage documentation requests and maintain contract and pricing structure integrity while supporting management with various projects as needed.
Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
Experience:
- 5+ years progressive responsibility in business or contract administration; prior experience with contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Pro, Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in contract administration.
- Proficiency at problem solving and communication of applicable contract terms and conditions.

- Ability to function effectively individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to continuously prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Ability to develop, improve and streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives.
- Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
- Ability to gather, interpret, report and/or edit information.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
