Responsibilities:
- Prepare leases for equipment rental.
- Review sales quote and estimate, and crane operator/salesmen notes to determine accurate billing.
- Create and submit invoices to customers based off estimate and work ticket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self starter who is well organized and reliable.
- Receive and process Certificates of Insurance from customers and vendors.
- Process Notice to Owners and maintain log.
- Prepare Unconditional and/or Conditional lien releases for General Contractor..
- Provide excellent customer service with calls and inquiries.
- Answer phone calls for the business.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the construction industry a plus.
- Proficient in Mac/Remote Desktop, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
- Fleet Cost & Care’s Nextgen system experience helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self starter who is well organized and reliable.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
