As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

- Extensive Experience: At least 10+ years of technically applicable, hands-on professional experience in complex engineering or critical infrastructure environments.
- Core Technology Expertise: Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following three domains: Inductive Automation Ignition infrastructure, DevOps practices, or containerization/orchestration technologies.
- Continuous Mastery: Demonstrated track record of rapidly mastering emerging enterprise tech stacks, with the expectation to achieve SME status across all three core domains (Ignition, DevOps, and containerization).
- Critical Environment Background: Direct professional experience in data centers (highly preferred) or similar mission-critical environments such as Oil & Gas, semiconductor manufacturing, or energy generation.
- Strategic Blueprinting: Proven ability to translate business goals into an actionable enterprise scaling plan and robust technical architecture.
- Mandatory Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
