Quality Control Technician (2nd Shift)
Princeton, NJ
This Quality Control Technician role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on lab work and wants to make a real impact on product quality. You’ll run routine tests, document results with accuracy, and help troubleshoot any issues that arise. You’ll also keep equipment in top shape, support problem‑solving across the lab, and stay aligned with GMP and safety standards. Your key responsibilities
- Perform routine quality control lab testing independently and follow established procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity across all testing steps, from prep to completion.
- Review and verify test results, reporting any deviations or OOS findings per protocol.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while following all GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Support problem‑solving and production needs by analyzing special samples and helping resolve issues.
- Manage lab supplies and materials, assist with general lab operations, and meet required testing deadlines.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in quality control or a similar laboratory environment.
- Fluency in the local language required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work a shift of 11 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $31-$34.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
