Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various Commerical HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Tridium N4 Cert or expertise with all commerical control systems.
Duties
- Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems - N4 BACNET Controls Cert
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on system upgrades or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair services performed
Requirements
- Experience with welding, plumbing, and HVAC Systems
- Proficiency in field service and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to service boilers and work with chiller refrigeration systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC repair techniques
- Capability to correct HVAC systems for optimal performance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
