Position Summary
The Program Manager to the SVP, Global Systems Strategy & Transformation is a strategic operator and execution leader responsible for translating enterprise transformation strategy into measurable outcomes across a global gaming organization. This role serves as a force multiplier to the SVP—driving alignment, execution rigor, and decision velocity across large-scale system, process, and operating model transformations. The Program Manager ensures strategic priorities are operationalized, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and the organization executes with clarity, discipline, and pace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Transformation Execution
- Lead planning, orchestration, and tracking of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives (systems modernization, transformation, pricing and forecasting evolution, service model redesign, and global operating model alignment).
- Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Drive cross-functional programs spanning digital platforms, data capabilities, commercial processes, and operational workflows.
- Identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps; proactively drive mitigation.
2. Executive Leverage & Decision Enablement
- Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP—synthesizing complex inputs into clear, decision-ready insights and actions.
- Ensure priorities translate into aligned execution across functions and regions.
- Act as an extension of the SVP in key forums, reinforcing priorities and driving accountability.
- Optimize executive focus by managing workflows, surfacing critical issues, and accelerating decision cycles.
3. Operating Model & Governance
- Establish and continuously refine the enterprise transformation operating system (OKRs, LRP/EIC alignment, governance forums, and execution cadence).
- Build scalable processes and decision frameworks across portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and program governance.
- Drive transparency through standardized reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across transformation initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Integration
- Align Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Field Operations around shared transformation priorities.
- Ensure consistent prioritization frameworks and clear tradeoff decisions across competing initiatives.
- Connect system, process, and organizational changes into a cohesive enterprise roadmap.
5. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Alignment
- Develop concise, executive-ready materials for senior leadership, Board, and external stakeholders (e.g., transformation progress, system investments, commercial impact, and operational performance).
- Translate complex transformation efforts into clear narratives that drive alignment and adoption.
- Enable consistent communication across leadership layers during periods of organizational change.
6. Business Intelligence & Transformation Insights
- Define and monitor KPIs for transformation success (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, forecasting accuracy, pricing discipline, and operational throughput).
- Partner with analytics and finance teams to establish dashboards supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights on industry trends, technology evolution, and competitive dynamics impacting enterprise systems strategy.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, product operations, or enterprise program leadership; gaming or technology industry preferred.
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated influence without authority across global, matrixed organizations.
- High judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management capability at senior levels.
