About 50% of counselor openings tied to Spokane are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with telehealth positions making up the largest share of those flexible arrangements. Career and academic counseling roles are the most likely to offer hybrid schedules locally.
How can I get a counselor job in Spokane with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Spokane is through a case manager or mental health technician role at one of the city's community behavioral health agencies or residential treatment facilities.
