Lone Star Pharmacy in Santa Fe, TX is an independently owned and operated, local, retail pharmacy seeking a Full-time, or Part-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Lone Star team. The teams flow and customer service are our top priorities therefore, DO NOT apply for this job if your customer service & teamwork skills are not superior.
The technician will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist. Compounding experience is preferred but not required. Family Team-like atmosphere. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, engaged & teamwork oriented. We recently moved into our newly built 12,000 sqft building to include a general store/gift shop boutique type environment. At Lone Star Pharmacy we take pride in serving our community, neighbors & family, by offering a high level of customer service and appreciation. We look forward to finding the right candidate for our pharmacy team.

Responsibilities:
- Dispense medication at pharmacies.
- Fill and maintain inventory.
- Maintain records of purchase, sales, and drug product usage.
- Perform maintenance of pharmacy records and files.
- Communicate with pharmacy staff and customers.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and phone calls.
