Target Range:
$22.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Axos is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst who will support all aspects of Credit Operations including audit remediation, process analysis, and operational readiness. Identify areas of opportunity and enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operations analysis and audit remediation
- Complete projects and process improvement as directed
- Evaluate and develop process and management controls
- Assist in quarterly reporting and support routine business functions
- Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance
- Assist annual Sarbanes Oxley recertification
- Engage in the development of management accountability packet
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in commercial finance and credit administration
