Target Range:

$22.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst who will support all aspects of Credit Operations including audit remediation, process analysis, and operational readiness. Identify areas of opportunity and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operations analysis and audit remediation
• Complete projects and process improvement as directed
• Evaluate and develop process and management controls
• Assist in quarterly reporting and support routine business functions
• Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance
• Assist annual Sarbanes Oxley recertification
• Engage in the development of management accountability packet
• Complete ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in commercial finance and credit administration
