Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise L1/L2 Data Center Technicians.
- Assign daily tasks, prioritize workloads, and manage escalations.
- Oversee data center build activities, rack and stack, server installations, and infrastructure deployments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for server hardware, connectivity, and data center operations.
- Review technical build documentation and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, network teams, and infrastructure support teams.
- Mentor technicians and ensure quality delivery of operational activities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on Data Center Operations or Infrastructure Hardware Support experience.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, rack and stack, cabling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing technical teams and coordinating project builds.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be willing to work onsite in Reno, NV.
