About this Role
The Data Center Business Process Systems Integrator is responsible for ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and governance across core enterprise systems supporting the data center service lifecycle. This role coordinates system configuration and rules across Salesforce.com, Service Max, and SAP S/4 HANA for data center business activity, ensuring accurate master data, disciplined business processes, and end-to-end financial and reporting integrity from project startup through warranty and long-term service execution. The role serves as the bridge between business operations, IT, finance, and service execution, owning tactical process design, system cadence, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own configuration, rules, and ongoing maintenance for Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, and SAP S/4HANA to support Data Center service operations
- Define and govern system logic to ensure accurate flow of cost, revenue, billing, and reporting across all platforms
- Ensure system changes and enhancements align with standardized business processes and operational requirements for non-data center needs
- Own data center customer master data accuracy within Salesforce, ensuring clean, complete, and compliant data standards
- Establish controls and validation processes to prevent downstream impacts to billing, revenue recognition, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure non-standard system workflows and exceptions are properly designed so financial, operational, and reporting impacts flow correctly across systems
- Support the full-service lifecycle including startup, commissioning, warranty, and long-term service agreements
- Define, implement, and maintain tactical business processes for the use of key platforms supporting Data Center service execution and provide training to existing staff
- Establish operating cadence, governance, and discipline to ensure system processes are followed, measured, and improved
- Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and process optimization across systems and functions
- Translate business needs into system requirements and ensure successful execution without disruption to operations
- Track and troubleshoot known system issues, working closely with IT infrastructure staff to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience with hands-on system platform configuration, administration, product management or Associates Degree with 4+ years’ of experience with hands-on system platform configuration, administration, product management or High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with hands-on system platform configuration, administration, product management
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating and supporting enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP (ECC6 and S/4 HANA)
- High aptitude for understanding and learning software packages, IT platforms, and the ability to understand end-to-end business processes
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service execution, including project startup, warranty, service agreements, and lifecycle financial flows
- Demonstrated ability to define business rules, system configuration, and process governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in data center, complex services, or industrial service environments preferred
- Detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and execution-focused—able to balance tactical process ownership with system integrity to enable scalable, disciplined Data Center service operations
- Demonstrated ability to function as the bridge between business users and IT program and development resources
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
