As a Marketing Data Ops here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives. You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, AME and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA l ocation on a Hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2 plus years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas

• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets

• Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty utilizing Marketing Development Fund
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing tactics
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
• Lead the development and execution of marketing reporting capabilities, including forecasting of spend
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team on leads conversion to pipeline and revenue, monitoring progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
