New England Dental Specialists is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at our New Bedford location.
We are a patient-centered, multi-specialty dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our practice specializes in periodontal care, dental implants, pediatric dentistry and advanced dental treatments.
Pay rate in moni guarantee of $50 or 33% of collections RDH gets credit for SRP and X-rays they take
We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about oral health, committed to clinical excellence, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including preventive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and accurately document clinical findings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with our dentists and specialists to deliver personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in periodontal care is preferred but not required.
