Arbill is hiring a proven sales rainmaker who is experienced in the safety distribution and safety value added services to hunt and close large, multi-site industrial accounts. We are not looking for an account caretaker or someone who needs a training playbook. You know the industrial safety and PPE landscape inside out, you control your own network, and you have the fuel in the tank to prospect relentlessly, travel heavily, and close complex commercial enterprise deals.
What You Will Do
- Hunt & Build: Generate your own high-value pipeline from scratch; target VP of Safety/EHS, Operations, and Procurement decision-makers at mid-to-enterprise manufacturing, commercial, industrial, and other vertical accounts.
- Sell Comprehensive Solutions: Package and sell full-scope safety programs including PPE, industrial vending solutions, prescription safety eyewear (Rx), and managed safety services/EHS consulting.
- Quarterback Major Deals: Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ bids, margin negotiations, and executive presentations to secure multi-year agreements.
- Road Warrior Activity: Travel regularly to conduct on-site walk-throughs, safety assessments, and face-to-face closing meetings.
- Proven Safety Distribution Track Record: 5–7+ years of quota-crushing outbound enterprise sales experience specifically in PPE/ industrial safety distribution.
- True Self-Starter Autonomy: Deep domain fluency and supplier/manufacturer familiarity; you hit the ground running with zero ramp-up hand-holding.
- Rolodex & Hustle: Demonstrated track record of winning net-new logos, managing long B2B enterprise cycles, and maintaining high activity.
- Willingness to Travel: High energy and stamina for extensive regional and national travel.
