Commercial HVAC Project ManagerOwn the planning, execution, profitability, scheduling, and completion of commercial HVAC projects from handoff through closeout as the primary point of accountability.

Schedule & location
- Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday in the Pittsburgh region
- Mix of office, field, and customer-facing work; local jobsite travel
- No routine on-call rotation; limited overnight travel, if any
What you'll need
- 5+ years of commercial construction, mechanical contracting, or HVAC project management
- Reads construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Manages schedules, budgets, labor, change orders, and procurement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project-management software
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record; strong relationship skills

- Mechanical contracting PM or commercial estimating background
- Design-build, RTU replacement, and large equipment installation projects
- AIA billing, schedule of values, permitting, submittals, and RFIs
