The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through close-out, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced managing commercial projects.
This is an in office position with occasional travel for site visits/ client meetings.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and execution of commercial construction projects (ground-up retail, grocery, TI, etc.)
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure timely project delivery
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Partner closely with field superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Maintain clear communication with ownership and clients throughout the project
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up builds for grocery, big box retail, clients preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar project-management platforms
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, codes, and processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- OSHA-30 certification preferred

- Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (BOE)
