construction projects and help strengthen our operations. We welcome both established Project Managers ready to

This is a Project Manager position today, with potential to grow into Vice President of Operations as
responsibilities, performance, and company needs evolve. Candidate should have experience managing projects from $100k to $2 million+.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversee multiple commercial landscape construction projects, approximately 3-5 production crews, schedules, materials,
subcontractors, budgets, quality, and customer communication. Work closely with company leadership, estimating, sales,
purchasing, and field teams to deliver safe, efficient, profitable projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects from turnover through closeout, including plans, specifications, schedules, change orders, and quality
inspections.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, general contractors, and customers.
- Monitor labor hours, material usage, job costs, project budgets, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead, coach, train, and hold crew leaders and employees accountable for safety, quality, and performance.
- Resolve scheduling and jobsite challenges proactively; communicate progress and risks to management.
- Participate in operations planning and improve systems, employee development, and production efficiency.
FUTURE OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP PATH
Depending on demonstrated capabilities and business needs, responsibilities may expand to company-wide field
operations, development of Project Managers and supervisors, labor and equipment planning, operating budgets,
performance standards, process improvements, and strategic planning with ownership. Advancement is not guaranteed
and has no fixed timeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of commercial landscaping, landscape construction, site development, or related construction management
experience.
- Experience supervising multiple crews and projects; strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications; knowledge of grading, elevations, drainage, equipment, and
installation practices.
- Understanding of labor tracking, project budgets, cost control, and job profitability.
- Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company insurance.
- Preferred: 7-10+ years of progressive experience; Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, or Operations Manager
background; job costing and software experience; bilingual English/Spanish.

understands that strong production and financial performance go hand in hand. Comfortable on jobsites and in

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT
Generally Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some Saturdays during peak season. Office and jobsite
