ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of projects from client request through completion
- Estimate, schedule, and manage multiple projects across all phases
- Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering the same BCCI quality as our large-scale builds
- Work side-by-side with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and safely
- Collaborate with Business Development to support new client opportunities
- Coach and mentor junior staff, helping them gain valuable project experience
- Look for smarter, faster ways to improve processes and project delivery
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management experience (service or construction projects)
- Estimating and client-facing skills
- Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam/Adobe, and Procore
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset
