- Candidates should have experience managing large commercial mechanical projects including: Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, Data Centers, Hospitality and Resort Developments, Higher Education Campuses, Airports and Transportation Facilities, Large Mixed-Use Developments, Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities, Theme Park and Entertainment Projects
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
- Demonstrated success managing mechanical scopes exceeding $10 million.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with design-build, design-assist, and negotiated projects.
- Excellent financial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Strong contract administration and change management experience.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, preferred
- PMP, CCM, LEED, or other industry certifications.
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination processes.

This is primarily a hybrid Office & Field Jobsite job and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
