- Lead and develop a multi-site PMO supporting three operating locations.
- Establish PMO governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management processes.
- Lead a portfolio of U.S. Navy and maritime programs through the full lifecycle.
- Capture customer requirements and ensure effective translation and flow-down to Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations.
- Establish clear expectations within IPT teams and drive accountability for execution.
- Serve as executive point of contact for strategic customers and key programs.
- Drive customer intimacy, on-time delivery, and lead-time improvement initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement and PMO maturity.
