o Assist
with the creation, auditing, and maintenance of item numbers, Bills of
Materials (BOMs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
Manufacturing Project Support (Secondary Focus):
o Assist
engineering and production teams with small manufacturing improvement projects,
prototype builds, or fixture setups.

Product Specialist Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a product specialist in Florida?
Most Florida employers expect at least a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to their product, such as business, life sciences, or engineering. Florida has no state-issued license specific to product specialists, but roles in medical devices or pharmaceutical products may require manufacturer certifications or familiarity with FDA-regulated workflows. Building hands-on product knowledge through internships, technical support roles, or clinical settings is the most direct path Florida hiring managers look for.
Which companies hire product specialists in Florida?
Florida product specialist roles are posted by Channel Partners, Sherwin-Williams, and BRANDSMART and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's mix of large healthcare systems, financial services firms, and technology companies means demand comes from a wide range of industries, not a single sector.
Which Florida cities have the most product specialist jobs?
Tampa, Orlando, and Miami have the most product specialist openings in Florida. Miami's concentration of financial services and international trade companies drives demand there, Tampa's growing SaaS and healthcare technology corridor accounts for a large share of openings, and Orlando's mix of hospitality technology, simulation, and medical device firms supports consistent hiring across the metro.
Are there remote product specialist jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 38% of product specialist openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role involves software demonstrations, digital onboarding, and virtual client support. Roles tied to physical medical devices or on-site equipment typically require in-person presence, while SaaS and financial product positions are the most consistently remote-eligible.
How can I get hired as a product specialist in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer-facing or technical support role into a junior product specialist position. Florida's large healthcare employers such as AdventHealth and HCA Florida regularly bring on associate-level clinical product coordinators from medical assistant or patient services backgrounds. On the technology side, companies headquartered in Tampa and Miami often hire from inside their own customer success and support teams. Earning a relevant manufacturer certification, building a product demo portfolio, or completing a structured sales associate program strengthens any application considerably.
Where can I find and apply to product specialist jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to product specialist jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings across industries and metro areas. Search the listings to find roles that match your background, experience level, and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
