INTRODUCTION
This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Wholesale Product Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #703377, located at: 6540 Hull St Richmond VA 23224.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Step 3 – In-Store Interview
Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility or delivery service terminal.

COMPENSATION
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and will impact where actual compensation may fall within the stated wage range. The wage range listed for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Clean store equipment
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
