JOB SUMMARY

Our Jupiter Operations Team is growing; we are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager, Superintendent, or Assistant Superintendent to join the team!

The Assistant Superintendent/ Superintendent assists the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager in all field-related activities essential to the successful completion of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring job site safety, maintaining quality, managing costs, and communicating effectively with architects, consultants, and subcontractors. This role assists in scheduling, coordination, and oversight of daily construction activities while promoting the company’s vision, mission, and core values.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple commercial construction projects. This role oversees all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring successful execution in alignment with CPPI’s standards and core values.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or in a similar construction role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of job site safety, planning, scheduling, and construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated commitment to a safety-first mindset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Superintendent)

• Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, subcontracts, purchase orders, and project responsibilities.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, submittals, specifications, and applicable construction codes.
• Assist with all phases of construction, from demolition through project completion.
• Coordinate materials, inspections, permits, and field activities.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Senior Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and project staff to maintain effective communication and coordination.
• Provide administrative support and leadership to project staff and field personnel.
• Assist with schedule updates, job cost tracking, labor cost analysis, and project reporting.
• Review and track change orders, owner payments, and other project documentation.
• Promote and enforce applicable safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Assist with project closeout and ensure completion of required documentation.
• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Project Manager)

• Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate project teams and oversee project activities from preconstruction through completion.
• Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, schedules, pay applications, and other project documentation.
• Maintain working knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Monitor construction schedules, identify potential issues, and implement corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate the timely approval of submittals and identify long-lead materials and potential project impacts.
• Manage owner and subcontractor change orders, invoices, payments, and Certified Payroll when applicable.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Oversee quality control, safety, permitting, insurance, bonds, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate project closeout, warranty, and post-occupancy activities.
• Support preconstruction services and project delivery initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout project delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
