Clarks, based in Somerset, England, has been at the forefront of innovative shoemaking since its foundation in 1825, when brothers James and Cyrus Clark made a slipper from sheepskin off-cuts. At the time it was ground-breaking: a combination of invention and craftsmanship that has remained at the heart of what the brand does now. In the Clarks archive of more than 22,000 pairs are shoes that have sparked revolutions and defined generations. From the original Clarks Desert Boot, first designed by Nathan Clark and launched in 1950, to the iconic Wallabee, each design has an instantly recognizable signature that makes it unmistakably Clarks.
Clarks believes that the principle of equality of opportunity is fundamental to the company's operations. Our long-held aim is to provide just and fair treatment for all employees. We will not discriminate on the grounds of sex, age, disability, marital status, color, race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or gender reassignment.

Team Lead Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a team lead in Florida?
Most team lead roles in Florida do not require a state-issued license, but the path is consistent: build two or more years of frontline experience in your target industry, then move into a shift lead or key holder role to demonstrate supervisory competency. Florida employers in healthcare settings may expect relevant certifications such as a Certified Nursing Assistant credential for care team leads. Employers in distribution and logistics typically prioritize internal promotions from floor associate roles, so applying to those entry positions at large Florida facilities is a practical starting point.
Which companies hire team leads in Florida?
Florida team lead roles are posted by pOpshelf, CAVA, and Ayr Wellness and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's large footprint in retail, healthcare systems, and fulfillment operations means team lead openings are available year-round at headquarters, regional campuses, and distribution centers across the state.
Which Florida cities have the most team lead jobs?
Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville have the most team lead openings in Florida right now. Miami's concentration of corporate headquarters, logistics hubs, and hospitality operations drives the highest volume, while Orlando's theme park, healthcare, and distribution sectors sustain consistent demand, and Tampa's financial services and retail presence anchors hiring on the Gulf Coast.
Are there remote team lead jobs in Florida?
Yes, but they are uncommon for most specialties. Team lead roles typically require in-person supervision of staff, equipment, or customers, which limits remote eligibility in retail, healthcare, and logistics. About 18% of team lead openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions are almost entirely in customer service operations, software delivery, and financial services where the team being managed works digitally.
How can I get hired as a team lead in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is to join a large Florida employer in a frontline role that has a formal internal promotion pipeline. Publix Super Markets, AdventHealth, and Amazon all run structured advancement programs in Florida that move associates into lead and supervisory titles within one to two years. Starting as a department associate, patient care technician, or warehouse associate in Florida gives you the performance record needed to qualify for internal lead postings, which are often filled before they reach external candidates.
Where can I find and apply to team lead jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to team lead jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search by city or industry to narrow the results to roles that fit your background, then apply directly to the ones that match your experience and availability.
