About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Quality / Manufacturing Assistant to support our quality and production teams day to day. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of quality control and manufacturing — you'll be the person making sure our labels are right, our product meets spec, our paperwork is accurate, and our customers get the samples and trial batches they're waiting on. ● Maintain organized, audit-ready records for QC data, batch tickets, and label files.
● Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized production and lab environment.
● Take on other quality and manufacturing support tasks as they come up — this role covers real variety.
What We're Looking For
● Highly detail-oriented, with strong, consistent record-keeping habits.
● Comfortable with precise, repeatable tasks like label printing and QC testing.
● Some QA/QC experience is an asset — not required, but a plus.
● Solid basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets).
● Clear communicator, able to work well across production, quality, and customer service.
● High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or experience in chemistry, quality, or manufacturing is a plus.

Quality Assurance Analyst Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a quality assurance analyst in Florida?
The most direct path is a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering followed by entry-level QA or software testing roles. Florida has no state-issued license for quality assurance analysts, but industry certifications such as the ISTQB Certified Tester or ASQ Certified Quality Technician are widely recognized by Florida employers and meaningfully strengthen your application in competitive markets like Tampa and Miami.
How much do quality assurance analysts make in Florida?
Quality assurance analysts in Florida earn a median of about $100,210 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $57,970 for the lowest 10% to over $150,620 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire quality assurance analysts in Florida?
Employers hiring quality assurance analysts in Florida right now include Publix, Argo Turboserve Corporation, and Cardinal Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's aerospace, healthcare IT, and financial services sectors consistently produce the most sustained QA hiring volume across the state.
Which Florida cities have the most quality assurance analyst jobs?
Orlando, Jacksonville, and Miami have the most quality assurance analyst openings in Florida. Miami's concentration of financial services and insurance technology firms drives demand there, while Orlando's healthcare IT and simulation technology employers account for strong hiring activity, and Tampa's mix of cybersecurity, defense contractors, and regional bank headquarters rounds out the top markets.
Are there remote quality assurance analyst jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 20% of quality assurance analyst openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and screen-driven nature of the work. Test automation, requirements review, and defect tracking are the functions most commonly performed fully remotely, while hardware-in-the-loop or regulated-environment testing roles at Florida aerospace and medical device employers tend to require on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a quality assurance analyst in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying to junior or associate QA tester roles at mid-size Florida software companies, many of which hire candidates directly from Florida's large computer science programs at schools like UCF, USF, and FIU. Building a portfolio of personal or open-source test scripts using Selenium or Postman, completing the ISTQB Foundation Level certification, and targeting lateral moves from adjacent roles such as technical support analyst or business analyst positions at Florida employers will strengthen your candidacy when formal QA experience is limited.
Where can I find and apply to quality assurance analyst jobs in Florida?
