City Doors & More Inc. is looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Construction Project Supervisor to manage multiple projects, oversee installation crews, and coordinate job schedules.
We furnish and install doors, frames, hardware, millwork, trim, and specialties for commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout Florida.
We need someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and keeps projects moving—from site preparation and material delivery through installation and final punch-out.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple projects and crews: Schedule installers, assign work, monitor progress, and adjust manpower to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with general contractors and our office: Confirm site readiness, communicate upcoming needs, and resolve scheduling or field issues before they cause delays.
- Oversee installation quality: Review plans, door schedules, hardware sets, and approved submittals to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Coordinate materials and deliveries: Verify that the correct products are available when needed, identify shortages or damage, and prevent unnecessary downtime.
- Document and close out the work: Provide progress updates and jobsite photos, document extra-work requests for office approval, enforce safe work practices, and manage punch lists through completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Construction supervision experience, with the ability to manage several jobs and installation crews at the same time.
- Strong scheduling, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and work from approved project documents. Experience with doors, frames, hardware, and trim is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using email, jobsite photos, and basic project-tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between project sites.
