ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Consulting Manager – D365 Solutions Architect, you will make an impact by driving platform health, performance, and long-term success for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, leading assessments and delivering actionable strategies to optimize enterprise platforms.

In this role, you will:

• Assess Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments end-to-end to identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps
• Provide architecture-level recommendations across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 solutions
• Evaluate platform security, including roles, access controls, and compliance alignment
• Drive operational excellence through governance, incident response planning, and performance optimization
• Deliver executive-ready assessment reports and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED:

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in solution architecture, customization, and integrations
• Experience with incident management, business continuity, and operational governance
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Power Platform Model App Certification PL-7003 or relevant experience
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) MB-910 or relevant experience
• One of the following: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst MB-280 OR Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant MB-240

THESE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Experience with ALM practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, NIST, ISO)
• Experience supporting regulated industries
• Power Automate PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Certification or relevant experience.

COMPENSATION

• $110,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.

This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
