We’re a growing cleaning company looking for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can think on their feet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, solving problems, and being an important part of a growing team.
Position Details
- Pay: $24–$29 per hour, depending on experience.
- Position: Part-time.
- Hours: Weekly hours will vary depending on assignments and business needs.
- Schedule: Mostly Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Flexibility: Occasional weekday evening or Saturday availability may be needed.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee commercial cleaning locations to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Inspect completed work and address any areas that need improvement.
- Support and guide cleaning crew members to ensure jobs are completed properly and efficiently.
- Step in to cover shifts and fill scheduling gaps when needed.
- Help resolve day-to-day issues and respond to changing priorities.
- Communicate professionally with team members and management.
- Take ownership of maintaining clean, consistent, high-quality results across all accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Cleaning Experience Required: Previous professional cleaning experience is a must. Commercial cleaning experience is strongly preferred. Experience with apartment turns and carpet cleaning is a requirement.
- Self-driven: You take initiative and don't need constant supervision.
- Reliable: You show up on time, follow through, and can be counted on.
- A problem-solver: You stay calm, think practically, and find solutions when challenges arise.
- Detail-oriented: You notice the little things and care about quality.
- Flexible: You're willing to help where needed, including covering shifts and supporting different locations.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
