Schedule: Days | Full-time | 40 hours per week
Salary range: $75,295.00 - $104,957.60 per year
What You Will Do:
- This is an entry-level role designed for a proactive learner, offering a clear path for growth as you master the complexities of large-scale construction project management.
- Coordinate the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.
- Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Healthcare and construction experience preferred.
