We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Project Lead to support the District Manager across multiple client sites in the Metro area.

HOURS:

Schedule & Hours:

• 24/7 operational support role
• Average 40–50 hours per week
• Flexibility required, including nights and weekends as needed

JOB DUTIES:

• Support the District Manager with daily operational needs
• Lead and oversee cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and scope execution
• Assist with staffing coverage, training, and onboarding
• Respond to client needs, inspections, and service issues
• Support special projects and emergency coverage as needed
• Maintain clear communication with management and field staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior commercial cleaning or facilities leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel between multiple sites
• Drug screening required
• Background check required
• Fingerprinting required (applicable to all facility types)
