Project Leadership

Systems and Documentation
- Execute Atlantic's established PM processes; maintain schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout docs in ConstructionOnline
- Oversee project onboarding: COIs, preconstruction meetings, document setup, procurement, internal turnover
- Keep records complete and current throughout the project lifecycle
- Use established systems consistently while spotting practical improvements
Field Coordination
- Maintain a strong working relationship with field superintendents and foremen
- Connect field, office, client, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate work, access, materials, and schedule constraints
- Conduct regular site visits for progress, quality, and safety
- Resolve field issues quickly, escalating when needed
