INTRODUCTION
Responsible for implementing marketing campaigns that promote and enhance brand awareness and support existing business objectives within the digital space. Utilizes new technologies and analytics tools to assist in the optimization and analysis of marketing campaigns across paid social, PPC search, and other digital marketing tactics. The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements digital strategies to grow the donor database and increase repeat donor visitation and engagement
- Creates digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid search, paid social, and organic social media
- Generates digital marketing reports and reviews campaign performance data
- Leverages emerging technologies to successfully and efficiently implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
- Ensures consistent and cohesive execution of campaigns across digital platforms
- Assists with special projects or urgent marketing requests as needed
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field and two (2) years relevant experience using social media management tools and content management systems; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices
- Strong written, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ability to manage projects effectively with strong organizational and time management skills, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to commute with personal transportation and travel as needed
Physical Requirements
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort usually involving some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). May involve some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking or standing.

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.
