ChristianaCare is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team at our Newark Campus. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise through cross-training in multiple specialty areas, including:
- Labor & Delivery
- High-Risk Obstetrics (OB)
- OB Peri-Operative Services
- Antenatal Care
After establishing yourself within Labor & Delivery, you may also have the opportunity to further develop your skills in our OBGYN Emergency.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- Two years of acute care Labor & Delivery experience required
- Delaware RN licensure or a multistate RN licensure to be eligible to work in the state of Delaware required
- BLS certification required.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
