The core focus of this role is supporting the ongoing development of our profit allocation tool.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on business segment performance (e.g., corporate accounts, channels, geographies, rate/mix)
- Analyze P&L results against sales plans, forecast, and prior year; identify and explain key drivers of variance
- Support the Sales–Finance link by translating account/segment performance trends into financial terms sales leaders can act on, and vice versa
- Assist in building out and maintaining the revenue and cost allocation tool — including logic for attributing P&L cost lines down to the rental agreement level, and applying driver-based allocation methods for costs that can't be directly attributed
- Partner with IT, Risk, and other Finance teams to gather requirements, test logic, and validate outputs as the allocation tool evolves
- Pull and manipulate data from internal systems (Oracle/OCI, Redshift, etc.) using SQL; build and maintain models/reporting in Excel
- Support month-end closing and reporting cycles with accurate, timely deliverables
- Step in to support the wider Commercial Finance team on ad hoc projects and priority requests
- Continuously looking for ways to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Working knowledge of P&L structure and financial analysis fundamentals
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally

COMPENSATION
