Team Introduction
The HR operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:
1. Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations, identifying high impact use cases and driving implementation;
2. Translate dynamic business processes into structured, system and AI executable workflows; develop clear BRDs and deliver end-to-end solutions;
3. Drive integration of automation capabilities with core HR systems (e.g., People, Workday) and foundational tools (e.g., Bitable/Base) to build scalable solutions;
4. Support adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, enablement, and best practice sharing.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, open to all majors and experience levels;
2. Strong sense of purpose and highly self-driven; not bound by the status quo;
3. Agile and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in process optimization and new technologies;
4. Capable of driving cross functional alignment to solve complex problems and synthesizing various methods to find optimal solutions.
Preferred Qualification:
1. Candidates with prior experience in HR strategy, HR products, or AI related fields are highly preferred.
Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
